If you change your mind or unhappy with the product, we can issue you a refund if the product is returned within 14 days from the product delivery on Full Packs* only and not Part Packs*. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition. You will receive a refund only on Product and not on the Delivery Costs* (usually from £50.00 per pallet depending on your location) incurred – for delivering the original item and collecting it back from you. Once the product has been returned, they will be inspected internally and refunds will be processed accordingly.
We charge a restocking fee of 20% on the actual product plus initial delivery and return price for delivery as it is done by a 3rd party hauliers if we have arranged it . Whilst we take every care to deliver a top quality product, there might be damages and breakages because of the nature of product in transit. We may be able to offer replacements if its more than 10% and notified on the delivery notes signed by you during the delivery or partial refunds depending on individual case.
Full Packs* - Full Packs unopened, brand new in original salable condition.
Part Packs* - Custom Packs are exclusive orders made for yourselves, exclusively custom packed for you - please check before ordering if you're not sure.
All Porcelain is subject to a shade variation in colour and each range will have a different effect / pattern. This could mean that a pack can differ from each other to create the desired effect.
Porcelain is produced in batches and due to it having batch codes we are unable to accept returns on excess porcelain. Please make sure you order the right amount for your project.
Luxury Italian Porcelain Orders
Luxury Italian porcelain orders are a special bespoke order to yourself for your requirements. No Refunds / Returns are accepted on these as they are ordered in from Italy as they are not our stock items and are subject to large haulage & import costs.
