All deliveries are kerbside deliveries using a tail lift delivery vehicle.
We use standard pallets 1200mm x 1000mm with a max total weight 1000kgs. All our deliveries are done on kerbside only with a manual pump truck using a tail-lift vehicle.
We do not use HI-AB / Crane Deliveries.
All road surfaces must be Tarmac, block paving or concrete we do not operate or soft/loose ground.
Our Vehicles must have sufficient access to your property, this means that it must be wide enough (3m wide), obstacle free and a hard flat surface and enough space for the vehicle to manoeuvre.
If an item cannot be delivered for any of the above reasons then a re-delivery charge will apply.
Deliveries over £350 are free to most mainland postcodes however some postcodes will have a extra charge, the website will automatically calculate the delivery charge at checkout however if you are unsure please call the office before placing your order.
Deliveries are Economy Service that take 2 days once collected from us. Please allow 5 – 7 working days for delivery from placing your order.
Luxury Italian porcelain is bespoke order made for the customer so please allow 10-14 working days for delivery.
Estimated delivery time is usually between 0900 – 1800 hours.
Delivery is done using a 3rd party haulage courier using a tail-lift vehicle using a manual pump truck, they only offer a kerbside delivery or nearest flat hard surface. If the property has loose gravel, chipping, soft ground or is on an elevated surface and the manual pump truck cannot operate the goods will be left at the nearest suitable area.
Please note that delivery could be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control please do not book any tradesmen till the goods are physically in your possession.
We check all of our goods before they leave but please allow 5% for breakages, chips and corners in transport due to the nature of the product.
If your driveway is accessible by the vehicle, the goods may be offloaded onto your drive with your permission. This is solely on your agreement any other service offered between you and the 3rd party courier this is strictly between you and the courier and is not part of the contract between ourselves and the customer.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform us of any access problems before placing the order online or via the phone.
If you are not home when the delivery arrives the courier will try to contact you, if they cannot get in touch with you the will leave it on the kerbside or the nearest flat surface to avoid re-delivery charges.
Please report breakages to the office within 24 hours of your delivery providing relevant photographs by email.
