At Melton Stone we offer a cutting service that is second to none, our highly skilled and experienced staff can cut and prepare porcelain tiles to your exact requirements meaning you or your installers can simply focus on the task at hand, which is installing the outdoor porcelain tiles.
We have multiple laser cutting saws that ensure we can cut and profile porcelain up to a maximum size of 1000mm x 500mm at 20mm thickness.

What is the biggest tile you can cut?
The biggest porcelain tile we can cut is 1000mm x 500mm @ 20mm thickness

What is the lead time on cutting service?
We try to dispatch all cuts within 10-14 days although smaller orders can be done in 5-7days.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver all of our goods nationwide.
What is the tolerance you work to on your cut measurements?
When a client gives us their specific measurements, we work extremely hard to cut to the exact mm, however due to the nature of the laser cutting saw we work to a tolerance of 3mm to cover the thickness of the blade.
Do you provide bull nose cuts?
No, currently we do not offer a bull nose porcelain cutting service.
However, we do sell 900x300mm bull nose porcelain steps in Black, Grey, Beige.
Can we collect instead of delivery?
Yes of course, if you wish to arrange a collection please email the office to confirm your goods have been produced sales@meltonstone.co.uk
Can you do right angle cuts?
No, we do not provide angular cuts.
All cuts must be straight.
